Fresno State has not yet designated staging areas, so every drop-off (D), staging (S), and parking (P) position shown is U Storage's working proposal, subject to Fresno State approval and the university's traffic plan. West zone halls (Baker, Graves, Homan) drop off along Rowell Ave with family parking in Lot P27; East zone suites drop off along Barton Ave and Frontage Ave. Both zones run at the same time, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The apartment tower will be added once its location is confirmed.

All ten buildings run at the same time, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, floor by floor. Self-movers get a dedicated 4:00–6:00 PM window after operations wrap.

Building and floor counts are placeholder splits of 1,600 students; Fresno State has not yet confirmed per-building or per-floor occupancy (open item #1 in the plan). The community halls work top-down and the suites work bottom-up, each in 2.5-hour floor windows, so the stair-carry peaks in the two zones fall at different times of day and one pooled U Storage stair crew covers both. The apartment tower has an elevator and runs 2-hour windows, top down.
